Requires all the following: At least 10 characters including at least one of each of the following.

  • a-z (lower case letter)
  • 0-9 (number) And
  • A-Z (upper case letter)
  • symbol (ex:#,$)

Cannot contain

  • any part of your username, your first name or your last name or word "Arise"
  • any previous password

How does it work?

  1. You register to use the Arise® Platform.
  2. You decide how you want to use the platform.
  3. After completing registration, you’ll have access to dozens of projects for clients and brands looking for customer support services.
  4. When you pick a Client Opportunity, you will also enroll in a certification course that will prepare you to support the client project you selected.
What equipment do I need?

  1. A computer.
  2. A noise-cancelling USB headset.
  3. A high-speed internet connection.
  4. A keypad/headset phone.
What kind of support is available?

Arise Virtual Assistant (AVA)

”AVA” is a chat bot that’s programmed to answer the questions most frequently asked by users of the Arise® Platform.

If you are stuck or confused when signing up for the platform, you can get registration support two ways :

Certification and servicing support

As you progress to certification and servicing, you’ll start to come into contact with instructors and other support resources that will communicate with you directly through chat, email, and sometimes even phone.

How soon can I start earning revenue?

You can start earning in 2 to 5 weeks. How soon you start servicing and earning revenue depends on how quickly you complete the registration process and what Client Opportunity you select.
